Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for HR & Admin Head at DBC Homes in Iloilo City. The Human Resource Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the department such as recruitment, hiring, and managing the onboarding of new employees and the needs of existing employees.He or she will be in charge of providing support to other department heads and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department and the entire office.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary Range: From Php 20,000.00 per month

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
