Job Description

• Engage in customer interactions across various modules to clarify issues encountered during UAT testing.
• Lead the implementation of non-functional modules to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring seamless integration with the TCS BaNCS application.
• Collaborate with clients to define delivery timelines and address critical incidents affecting testing activities.
• Analyze and assess new customer requirements and process enhancements for feasibility and effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive testing before deploying updates to the customer environment.
• Diagnose and investigate new incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring proper resolution routing.

• At least College graduate / Bachelor’s degree graduate
• With minimum of 9 years in banking software implementation.
• Previous roles as Team Lead, Production Support Lead, or L2 Support Team Lead.
• Strong involvement in business requirements analysis and system enhancements.
• Expertise in Agile methodology for software deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of Java Web Services (SOAP, REST) and their implementations.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – Agile approach.
• Extensive experience with Eclipse and Master Craft tools.
• Proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA and ALM.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, system analysis, development, and support for Java-based applications.
