Markets and sells Rockwell properties through implementation of the company’s marketing and sales strategies. Acquire Clients through the company’s and individual efforts, as well as personal networks. Assists these clients by identifying and evaluating their needs, prepares and presents proposals in order to successfully close the sale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieves monthly sales budget goals and new business targets by selling Rockwell’s properties through various selling channels.
- Conforms to all Sales Policies and Procedures for the Sales and Marketing Team ensuring proper Rockwell Sales’ conduct, decorum and culture as dictated by Immediate Superior and Sales Manager
- Identifies sales leads and new opportunities; initiates communication with incoming leads / prospects through Company’s efforts and the individual’s as well
- Assists in resolving customer’s queries, complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintains customer’s SharePoint Databank during the sales cycle by periodically updating customer correspondence as needed.
- Works seamlessly with other sales executives to develop strategies to attract, maintain and round potential clients
- Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings as required.
- Represents the Company with the utmost professionalism including attire, ethics and conduct.
- Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned
