The Credit Investigator / Collection Officer (CICO) is responsible for ensuring effective credit evaluation, timely collection of accounts, and proper handling of field and administrative tasks, while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.The role supports operational efficiency by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and other departments, fostering good customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the organization’s financial and service objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements- No similar experience needed
- With a driver’s license
- Willing to work on field
- Computer literate
- With excellent communication skills
- Willing to be trained in Cagayan de Oro
