As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and smooth coordination of procurement data and supplier information, supporting the wider operations and supply chain functions.- Maintain and update supplier, product, and procurement data across internal systems
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and data integrity across all records
- Manage and process high volumes of procurement-related data efficiently
- Support procurement and operations teams with coordination and data updates
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and regular audits to ensure consistency
- Generate reports and trackers using Excel and internal systems
- Assist in improving procurement processes and identifying efficiencies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and updates
- Proven experience in procurement coordination, data administration, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Experience handling procurement, supplier, or product data (preferred)
- Confident using Excel and business systems
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive data tasks independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communication skills for internal coordination
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable working with data-heavy and repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
