Accounts manager

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management concerns.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of projects according to client objectives and operational plans.
• Coordinate with Operations, HRD, and Finance departments regarding manpower deployment, billing concerns, and reportorial requirements.
• Supervise Area Coordinators and Operations Team to ensure quality execution of merchandising and promotional activities.
• Conduct trade visits, monitor project performance, and provide regular feedback to clients regarding operations and competitor activities.
• Review and ensure timely submission of operational reports and post-activity evaluations.
• Monitor inventory, logistics materials, and warehousing procedures related to assigned projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
• With proven experience in account management, operations management, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in merchandising or sales operations is an advantage.
