JOB SUMMARY
The Brand Activation Assistant is responsible for implementing strategic and impactful activations programs that will deliver key business objectives (sales, share, brand awareness, and consumption) of relevant brands.
PLANNING- Collaborates with brand team with strategic activation ideas based on brand’s objective.
- Create activation/project briefs, aligned with brand objectives, which serves as blueprints that will guide third-party agencies, suppliers, and other FAC departments in the implementation of activations, in collaboration with BAG Manager.
- Leads agency briefing, evaluation of agencies presentations
- Processes internal requirements
- Recommends proposal on sponsorships and other promotional activities
- Provides directions and closely monitors TPAs to ensure activation details are executed flawlessly and on time (regular project meetings and pre-rod meetings)
- Monitors ingress/egress, delivery of stocks, and manpower requirement in activation premises
- Obtain real-time consumer insights about the brand and their experience during the activity (verbatim)
- Represents the company in meetings that entails activation requirements
- Creates and reviews all Post-Activity Reports (PAR) of all the on-ground activities of all FAC brands.
- Facilitates post-mortem activity meeting with the TPAs to capture learnings and experiences during the activation
- Provides recommendations to the brand to understand if implemented activity delivered on the objective and is worth pursuing/replicating in the future.
- Monitors compilation of all below-the-line related activities of FAC Brands (ie PARS, closure reports from TPAs, photo and videos)
- Assist BAG Manager in regular evaluation all existing TPAs and reviews all new additions to FAC’s roster of agencies in coordination with Procurement
- Assist BAG Manager in overseeing FAC assets (ie. Marketing Kitchen, marketing collaterals in various locations) in coordination with warehouse personnel and Marketing Admin Assistant; Monitors usage, in and out of materials, and sanitation of the Marketing Kitchen. Provides quarterly reports on disposition plans and current inventory of all marketing collaterals for management’s visibility
- Implements quarterly monitoring of planned vs. actual marketing activities for total FAC categories
- 1-2 years of experience in events management, preferably with exposure to Brand Execution
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong planning skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize, eye for detail
