Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippine is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the blood purification medical device industry. Our client is seeking an Area Sales Manager (Luzon) who will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, will Maintain partnerships between the company, distributors, hospitals (state/private), and clinics.
This position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines, and offer a hybrid work setup.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain partnerships between the company, distributors, hospitals (state/private), and clinics; collect market information and feedback to HQ to ensure smooth and stable sales channels.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with prospective local distributors and key medical institutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assist HQ in formulating periodic sales plans.
- Manage after-sales service.
- 1- 2 years of extensive experience in the hemodialysis industry, or strong local networks with relevant hemodialysis stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in English, International Trade, Biology, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English; excellent communication and presentation skills; independent and self-motivated.
- Local nationality.
