Job Summary

The Workforce Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting recruitment operations through strategic candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development. This role plays a key role in identifying qualified professionals for technical and operational roles across a dynamic technology-focused organization.

• Generate candidate leads through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Source qualified talent for IT, telecommunications, engineering, and corporate support functions.
• Conduct candidate profiling and preliminary screening activities.
• Build and maintain talent communities for recurring hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate availability and sourcing progress.
• Support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing reports.
• Participate in recruitment marketing and networking activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
• Must have prior experience in a Tech, IT, or Telecommunications company.
• At least 3 years experience in sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Experience handling technical hiring requirements is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
