Section Manager- Supervise, train, and motivate the team.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor individual and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee work projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with managers and other departments to align activities with overall project plans.
- Monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, specifications, and budget.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on work progress, team performance, and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, equipment usage, and materials consumption.
- Ensure proper documentation of service or repair works as per company standards.
- Coordinate the availability of materials, tools, and equipment needed for installation.
- Ensure optimal utilization of labor and resources to reduce waste and downtime.
- Undertakes other responsibilities as required by management.
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, or construction-related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning software.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
