Operations Manager (E-logistic Company)

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and partners, specifically truckers. This role requires an innovative and proactive individual, preferably with a background in start-up environments, to establish operational processes, foster relationships, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and trucking partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both stakeholders.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client and partner satisfaction.
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are achieved.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Participate in the budgeting and resource planning process.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company operations.
Startup Focus:
- Utilize a hands-on approach to set up and streamline operational processes in a growing start-up environment.
- Adapt quickly to evolving challenges and contribute to the scalability of the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or transportation.
- Experience in a start-up company is highly advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in process development and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
