Organizational Development Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Organization Development (OD) leads enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture. This role partners closely with senior leaders to design and implement OD strategies that support business transformation, workforce capability building, and long-term talent sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Organization Development & Change- Design and lead organization development frameworks covering organization design, workforce planning, and change management
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy
- Diagnose organizational issues using data, stakeholder inputs, and OD tools; recommend actionable solutions
- Lead change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies
- Develop leadership frameworks, competency models, and succession planning strategies
- Partner with senior leaders to build high-performing teams and leadership pipelines
- Oversee design and rollout of leadership development and capability-building programs
- Champion culture transformation initiatives aligned with company values and strategy
- Design programs to improve employee engagement, performance effectiveness, and collaboration
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on culture, behaviors, and organizational health
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, L&D, Rewards, TA) to ensure integrated people solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and functional leaders
- Influence without authority across complex, matrixed environments
- Use people analytics, engagement data, and organizational metrics to measure impact
- Establish governance for OD initiatives and ensure sustainability
- Benchmark OD best practices and introduce innovative approaches
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Atleast 8 years of progressive HR/OD experience
- Strong background in organization design, change management, and leadership development
- Proven experience partnering with senior executives and leading enterprise initiatives
- Experience in large, complex, or multinational organizations preferred
