• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote coding best practices.
• Architecture & Design: Participate in architectural discussions and system design to ensure efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Continuously optimize performance and resource utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Analyze and resolve complex software issues across the stack.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure code and systems meet security standards and compliance requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Solid experience in software development, debugging, and system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
