Data Entry & Content Assistant (VA with ChatGPT & Image Research Skills) - Philippines

We're looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and highly reliable virtual assistant to help us with high-volume product listing tasks. You’ll be using a Google Sheet filled with URLs and performing the following:

✅ Open product URLs and extract key information
✅ Use ChatGPT (with our prompts) to generate product titles and descriptions
✅ Source and download high-quality product images – either from the URL or by searching via Google Images
✅ Copy and paste data into organized spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
✅ Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency across hundreds of listings
✅ Communicate any roadblocks or unclear content promptly

Key Tools You’ll Use:
Google Sheets
ChatGPT (you don’t need to be a pro – we provide prompts!)
Google Image Search
Your own reliable internet connection and PC/laptop

⚡ Requirements:

Must be a fast and accurate typist – ? How many words per minute can you type? (Please include in your application!)
