Web Marketing Lead – SEO & Digital Advertising | Cebu, Philippines

We are currently focusing on expanding our brand visibility and customer acquisition in English-speaking markets.

To strengthen our efforts, we are looking for an experienced Web Marketing Lead who can execute strategies for SEO, online advertising, and content marketing from our Cebu office.

While the position is based in the Philippines, your target market will primarily be users outside Japan, especially in English-speaking regions.

You will work closely with our marketing team in Japan and help drive global awareness of our services.

• Plan and execute web marketing strategies targeting overseas audiences (mainly English-speaking markets)
• Manage SEO operations (keyword strategy, content optimization, link building, etc.)
• Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Plan and manage content marketing campaigns (blogs, landing pages, campaigns, etc.)
• Improve conversion rates through UX/UI optimization of websites and LPs
• Conduct performance analysis and reporting using analytical tools
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the marketing team in Japan

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital advertising
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Experience with content marketing and planning
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage tasks and communicate well in a team
• Experience in marketing for B2C services or media
• Basic knowledge of web design and production (for directing or managing vendors)
• Familiarity with managing multilingual websites or international landing pages
• Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and platforms

• This is a full-time on-site job with office address at Cebu City.
