Fully Remote Property Administrator

  • Be confident communicating with applicants, tenants, and landlords
  • Be required to be at their desk and online during their full working hours

Role Overview

This Property administration role covers the support for the Lettings, Property Management and Business Development teams. This is a process driven role with a strong emphasis on compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Registering applicants who apply for our rental properties
  • Calling applicants to conduct initial vetting and suitability checks
  • Booking and coordinating viewing appointments
  • Composing and executing an AST.
  • Managing the negotiations on rent reviews.
  • Keeping our database updated with all relevant updates and changes.
  • Drafting addendums (e.g. for changes in rent amount and frequency)
  • Referencing tenants
  • Managing all Notices and serving NTQ and Section 21 notices.
  • Managing pre-tenancy checks
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant before a tenant moves in.
  • Organising and booking the Check-in and Check-outs of tenants
  • Liasing with contractors and checking their invoices.
  • Setting up new suppliers and collecting all required documentation
  • Onboarding new landlords
  • Compliance checks on landlords
  • Managing several mailboxes
  • Understanding Selective licence requirements and completing the applications
  • Monitoring and logging the movement of our property keys.
Job Details

Job Type: Full-time Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Manila Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
Experience Required
  • UK Property administration experience: 1 year (compulsory)
  • Experience on using Reapit, Fixflo and Goodlord (preferred)
  • Has a good understanding of the contents in an AST (preferred)
