Stakeholder Relations: focus on building and maintaining positive relationships between the desalination plant and the community. This role involves engaging with the public, addressing concerns, and promoting the plant's activities and initiatives.
HR: responsible for managing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Marketing: responsible for promoting the desalination plant's services, acquiring new clients, and
managing the plant’s brand presence. This role involves developing marketing strategies to targetresidential water consumers and utility companies, creating promotional content, and building
relationships with potential clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
Office Management- Oversee daily administrative operations and manage office supplies.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to other departments and staff.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
- Organize events and training sessions.
Community Relations
Public Engagement- Develop and implement community outreach programs.
- Organize public meetings, tours, and educational sessions about the plant.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from the community.
- Prepare press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and government agencies.
- Foster positive relationships with community stakeholders.
- Plan and execute community events and initiatives.
- Represent the plant at community functions and meetings.
Human Resources
Employee Relations- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement employee development programs.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain employee payroll records and manage any payroll-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Oversee procurement of goods and services.
- Prepare canvas sheets
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts.
- Client Acquisition and Business Development

Prepare compelling sales presentations and pitch materials that highlight the plant’scapabilities, environmental benefits, and cost-effectiveness.
