About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Application Support Analyst (L2) to join our Enterprise Systems team. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and performance of our Oracle Fusion Finance ecosystem, specifically focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), and Cash Management modules.
The successful candidate will provide advanced functional and technical support, bridging the gap between business requirements and system capabilities. You will act as a key consultant for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our financial operations remain seamless, scalable, and compliant.
Advanced Technical & Functional Support- Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for Oracle Fusion Finance modules, diagnosing and resolving complex functional and technical issues.
- Lead the configuration of system settings and options to align with evolving business requirements.
- Plan and execute comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and system interfaces to ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent system fixes.
- Ensure all support tickets are documented thoroughly and resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base, including FAQs and technical guides for end-users.
- Analyze recurring issues to provide feedback to senior leadership for system performance tuning.
- Participate in periodic system health checks and operational audits.
- Support data migration activities and contribute to enterprise-wide system integration projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of dedicated experience supporting or implementing Oracle Fusion Financials (specifically GL, AP, and Cash Management).
- 3–5 years in an enterprise-level customer-facing support role, managing both face-to-face and on-call technical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticket management workflows.
- Exceptional neutral English (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global cultures.
- Oracle Finance Cloud Certification.
- Proven experience with system integrations; specific experience with Oracle Fusion integrations is highly a plus.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex logic within Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
