Marketing Ambassador/Ambassadress (Visayas Region)

The Marketing Ambassador/Ambassadress is responsible for representing and promoting the company’s brand, products, services, and campaigns to target customers, communities, partners, and stakeholders. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness, driving customer engagement, supporting marketing activations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across different channels and events.

This position will work closely with the Marketing, Brand, Sales, Operations, and Store Teams to execute campaigns, activations, and customer engagement initiatives that help increase brand visibility, foot traffic, and sales.

• Serve as a professional representative of the brand during events, activations, store campaigns, partnerships, and community engagements.
• Communicate the brand’s values, product offerings, promotions, and key messages to customers and partners.
• Maintain a positive and engaging brand image in all customer-facing activities.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activations, product launches, store openings, sampling activities, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, malls, stores, and internal teams for event requirements.
• Ensure all marketing materials, booths, displays, and promotional items are properly prepared and aligned with brand standards.

• Interact with customers to generate interest, encourage product trial, and build brand loyalty.
• Gather customer feedback, insights, and suggestions during activations and campaigns.
• Support initiatives that improve customer experience and brand recall.

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across stores, events, digital platforms, and partner locations.
• Monitor campaign execution and ensure proper display of promotional materials.
• Provide updates and reports on campaign performance, customer response, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in identifying potential partners, communities, schools, organizations, and local groups for brand collaboration.
• Help build and maintain relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Support local store marketing activities and community-based promotions.

• Prepare post-event reports, activity documentation, customer feedback summaries, and competitor observations.
• Track expenses, materials, attendance, leads, and other campaign-related data.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or any related course.
• With at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand activation, events, customer engagement, trade marketing, or sales promotions.
• Experience in food and beverage, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, engaging, and comfortable interacting with different types of customers and stakeholders.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle multiple projects, events, and deadlines.
• Willing to do fieldwork in VISAYAS REGION, attend events, and work on weekends or holidays when needed.
• Amenable to do onsite reporting in Mandaue, Cebu (If needed)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office; basic knowledge in social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
