Inside Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of new, current, and potential customers.
  • Explaining the features of products and services. • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching, profiling, and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 1+ years proven sales experience of any industry.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Focused and aggressive on delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to maintain attention to details.
