Job Overview:

We are currently supporting a client in hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for their growing team in Pasig and Makati.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer interaction, communication, and delivering excellent service experience. Sales or retention background is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications:

• At least High School / K-12 Graduate
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience (any industry), or no experience welcome
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Sales or retention experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig or Makati
• Open to shifting schedules
• Willing to attend onsite interview (for entry-level) or virtual interview (for experienced candidates)
