Department: Broiler Farm
Location: Janiuay, Iloilo

Job Summary

The Welder / Fabricator is responsible for welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and equipment within the broiler farm. The role ensures that all farm facilities, cages, supports, and related structures are safe, functional, and properly maintained to support daily farm operations.

Qualifications

Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related course
With experience in welding and metal fabrication work
Knowledge in basic tools, welding techniques, and fabrication processes
Able to read and follow technical instructions and layouts
Responsible, detail oriented, and safety conscious
Willing to stay in with free accommodation and meals provided

Responsibilities

Perform welding and fabrication of farm structures and equipment
Repair damaged metal parts, cages, gates, and supports
Conduct preventive maintenance on metal installations within the farm
Ensure all welding works meet safety and quality standards
Assist in installation of new farm equipment and structures
Coordinate with farm personnel for repair and fabrication requirements
