Equipment Planner
Key Responsibilities- Plan equipment schedules to align with project requirements and site operations.
- Coordinate deployment of heavy equipment, trucks, and support vehicles across project sites.
- Monitor equipment utilization and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment availability, usage, and downtime.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of units.
- Support preventive maintenance by coordinating schedules with the maintenance team.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, allocation, and operational costs.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Management (or equivalent).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in equipment planning, fleet management, or construction operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with equipment management systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal on a 6-day work schedule.
