POSITION TITLE: Order to Cash Operations AnalystWORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:The person will be responsible for processing Order to Cash processes such as Credit Risk Management. The person will assist the Team Lead in meeting the service delivery of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Credit Risk Operations encompass evaluating and processing customer requests for lines of credit and payment terms.
- Risk Operations Associate provides routine, predictable transactional such as the following Lower-level credit evaluation support (partner review financial request & preparation)
- Risk administration: standardized support for credit lines, customer set-up, holds, release & CTE
- Universal Center of Excellence across multiple time zones
- One global model with the least cost approach
- Drive routinization across all ops work
- Leverage available capacity across time zones
- Focus on automation and master data integrity
Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
