We are looking for a results-driven Logistics Assistant to join our growing team!
As the Company’s Logistics Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Encoding of returned invoices from the customers
- Ensures accurate and updated encoding of data in the system
- Filing of purchase order and gate pass
- Checking and completeness of documents such as sales invoice, DR and job order
- Monitoring of service units for repair or recondition
- Checking of buy-out items scheduled for delivery
- Perform other related tasks as needed
As the company’s Logistic Assistant, you must be:
- Graduate of any Business Course
- Experience in the same field is an advantage but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and the like
