SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Manager | Hybrid - Makati

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Manager to lead warehouse management transformation projects across global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), integration with S/4HANA and logistics modules, and a strong understanding of warehouse processes, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and labor management.
• Manage integration with SAP S/4HANA, Transportation Management (TM), and Material Management (MM).
• Oversee RF framework setup, warehouse automation, and mobile device integration.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
• Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based warehouse transformation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Mentor and guide a team of EWM consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 10–12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in SAP EWM.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP EWM processes including putaway, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Experience with RF devices, warehouse automation systems, and integration with PLCs.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA Logistics.
• Exposure to SAP TM, Yard Logistics, and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori apps for warehouse operations. Knowledge of global warehouse compliance and safety standards.
