Job Title: Senior IT Supervisor
Location: Banilad, Mandaue City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior IT Supervisor to manage IT systems, networks, servers, and internal applications. The role involves handling IT infrastructure, maintaining security, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting business systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years experience in IT infrastructure and network management
Knowledgeable in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and IT security
Skilled in JavaScript, Node.js/Express.js, UJS, and MySQL
Experience in web application development and maintenance
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
SAP Business One or ERP experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure
Maintain backups and disaster recovery systems
Monitor and secure network and IT systems
Develop and maintain internal web applications
Support ERP systems and business applications
Handle technical concerns and coordinate with vendors
