We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to oversee the daily operations of our Iloilo branches and ensure efficient, profitable, and well-controlled store operations.
Job Summary
The Officer-in-Charge (OIC) will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the day-to-day operations of all assigned bakery branches in Iloilo. The position requires strong leadership, inventory management, purchasing control, sales monitoring, and operational oversight to ensure branch profitability and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management- Oversee daily operations of all assigned branches.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits.
- Implement process improvements to streamline branch operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability.
- Review and approve branch purchase requests and ordering requirements.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of products and supplies.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage, shrinkage, and pilferage.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor daily sales performance of all branches.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with branch personnel to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor product pull-outs and ensure they remain within acceptable limits.
- Recommend promotional and operational strategies to improve sales performance.
- Supervise branch personnel and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to branch staff.
- Ensure proper staffing and efficient workforce utilization.
- Prepare and submit operational, inventory, and sales reports.
- Report branch issues, inventory variances, and operational concerns to management.
- Provide recommendations for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce Major in Business Management, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or any business related course.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail, food service, bakery, supermarket, or multi-branch operations management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and sales monitoring.
- Experience in handling multiple branches is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
- Willing to travel regularly to branches within Iloilo and nearby areas.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
