Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the marketing department.
• Performing market research to identify trends.
• Gaining knowledge of competitors' marketing initiatives.
• Creating and executing overall marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
• Creating and overseeing the annual marketing plan.
• Creating and overseeing annual marketing budget and allocating resources.
• Organizing promotional events.
• Executing the launch of new products.
• Representing the company and forming strategic partnerships with media, overseeing public relations efforts, and writing press releases.
• Producing quality online content and managing the company's publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in a similar Digital Marketing role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of CRM databases, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and Google Ads.
• Highly proficient in social media management across various platforms.
• Proven background in content writing, with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and motivating a team.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, (and the likes)
