Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life in both physical products and digital/print media.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design:

1. Conceptualize and design products that align with market trends and customer needs.
2. Develop sketches, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings for production.
3. Collaborate with the production team to oversee prototypes and ensure designs are accurately executed.
4. Continuously refine product designs based on feedback and quality assessments.
5. Ensure products are functional, visually appealing, and cost-efficient.

Marketing Collateral Design:

1. Create visually compelling marketing materials, including:

• Social media graphics.
• Brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Website banners and email templates.
• Packaging and point-of-sale displays.

1. Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and enhance product visibility.
2. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively promote products.
3. Prepare and deliver presentations or mock-ups for internal reviews or client pitches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Partner with the product and marketing teams to ensure designs meet both production and promotional objectives.
2. Provide creative input for marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding strategies.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep products and marketing materials innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in product and/or graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing both product designs and marketing collaterals is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
• Knowledge of production processes and materials is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
