We are an MSP Provider based in Florida, looking to expand our team with an additional Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role for someone who understands the full BDR lifecycle who thrives in outbound prospecting, CRM segmentation, and high-volume email campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through customized outreach and automation tools.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and campaigns.
  • Execute outbound strategies using CRM segmentation based on industry, intent, company size, and other relevant criteria to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize high-converting opportunities.
  • Build and manage email sequences and nurture flows based on buyer personas and pain points.
  • Handle cold email outreach and personalized LinkedIn messaging with creativity and precision.
  • Use tools like Instantly to run high-volume outbound campaigns while maintaining quality.
  • Adjust messaging for different industries (e.g., healthcare vs. finance) and use merge tags, custom fields, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Persistently follow up with leads through multiple channels.
  • Craft and deliver engaging call scripts, and book qualified meetings and discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with the marketing director and sales team on smooth BDR-to-AE handoffs and pipeline management.
  • Document and refine processes to improve lead generation and engagement efficiency.
  • Track performance, report key metrics, and iterate based on data insights.
Requirements:
  • Proven BDR or Lead Generation experience, preferably in an MSP, IT, or Cybersecurity environment (HIPAA, VoIP familiarity a plus).
  • Experience with email campaigns—preferably in Instantly, or similar platforms like Klaviyo, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, or Woodpecker
  • Skilled in cold email writing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign personalization.
  • Strong understanding of email outreach strategies and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of sales pipelines, appointment setting, and qualification techniques.
Excellent communication and prospecting skillswith a clear, confident tone.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
