Landscaping & Groundskeeping Manager

• To provide over-all management and supervision over all active and operating vendors and contractors performing housekeeping and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring service levels are met and scope of works are diligently performed at all time
• To manage all housekeeping and groundskeeping personnel, ensuring staffing schedules are adhered and complied with
• To assist the various group heads in implementing their respective strategies from a cleanliness, orderliness standpoint i.e. corporate security, estate operations, building operations 5. To carry out any other duties relative to housekeeping and groundskeeping as assigned by his/her supervisor
• Administrative Duties. Provide and manage all essential administrative services as required by his/her job responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Licensed engineer (Civil, EE, ME,) or equivalent
• At least five (5) years of experience in the same field
