Job Title: Software Developer

We are looking for a results-oriented Software Developer to join our Smart Factory team, focused on supporting production operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining software systems that enhance real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency across the factory floor.

You’ll work closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial automation teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital technologies into daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain software tools that support production line performance, downtime tracking, and process optimization.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of production-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues affecting production.
• Support integration of IoT/IIoT devices for asset tracking, energy usage, and predictive analytics.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices within industrial environments.

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as ASP.Net, C#, Python, Java, SQL
• Strong understanding in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• With the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
