R&D ENGINEER(mutil positions)

Product Design Engineer:

(1) Responsible for the overall prototype design, structural optimization, and functional design of new products, combined with customer requirements, technical standards, and production conditions, and complete the drawing.

(2) Optimize the design of existing products, solve structural and functional defects in product use and production, and improve product performance and user experience.

Testing Technology Engineer:

1. Conduct research on bearing testing technologies, formulate standard test procedures, operate & troubleshoot test equipment, analyze anomalies, and manage all test documents.
2. Coordinate internal and external communications for testing, organize testing activities, and fulfill ad-hoc work from the management.

Metrological Detection Engineer:

1. Perform product benchmarking, failure analysis, and new product testing; conduct calibration, maintenance, and management of measuring & testing equipment.
2. Compile technical standards, optimize measurement methodologies, and participate in R&D projects.

Process Engineer:

1. Optimize production processes, update process documents, and guide on-site production to ensure stable operation.
2. Analyze production abnormalities, improve product yield and production efficiency, and participate in new product trial production and process R&D.

Quality Assurance Engineer:

1. Continuously optimize and improve quality standards, inspection specifications, and relevant documents in accordance with the company's quality management system.
2. Implement full-process product quality control, analyze quality risks, abnormalities, and customer complaints, and drive continuous quality improvement.
