Medical Results Processing Officer (Fixed-Term)
Job Objective
To ensure the accurate, timely, and confidential processing, validation, and release of medical examination results for corporate and industrial clients, in support of the organization’s commitment to efficiency, data integrity, and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Result Management and Verification
Receive, validate, and process pre-employment, annual, and special medical examination results from partner clinics or diagnostic centers.
Verify completeness, accuracy, and proper labeling of all results prior to release to corporate clients.Encode and upload results into the designated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or client portal systems.
Ensure timely release of results in accordance with the committed turnaround time (TAT).
- Quality Control and Compliance
Conduct thorough checks to ensure all released results adhere to company, DOH, and client-specific standards.
Maintain strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical handling of medical information.Promptly report any discrepancies, missing data, or irregularities to the Industrial Medicine Supervisor.
- Coordination and Communication
Coordinate closely with physicians, laboratory personnel, and client service associates for validation and clarification of findings.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and corporate clients regarding result availability, delays, or special instructions.Support the medical team in consolidating and forwarding results required for client medical clearances or certifications.
- Documentation and Reporting
Maintain organized documentation and logs of transmitted results, acknowledgments, and pending reports.
Generate summary reports and data metrics for department monitoring and audit purposes.Participate in internal audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Industrial Medicine Department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or any allied health-related course.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a medical, diagnostic, or occupational health setting; experience in industrial or corporate medical processing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- High sense of confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
