• Provide advice on Japanese project management skills such as the use of the KAIZEN concept to create better customer service and the JIKAN GENSHU concept to keep project timelines.
• Differentiate planning and design by using KOKYAKU SHIKO marketing style (customer-oriented planning) to add value specifically to the vertical projects in Pasay and Mandaluyong and conducting Japanese style data collecting & analysis to achieve above.
• Introduce the Japanese and global smart city knowledge to the Philippine market by coordinating with “Aizu Wakamatsu City” (i.e, the most successful Japanese smart city) and with smart technology Japanese companies (i.e, Toyota, Panasonic, etc.).
• Provide advice on global office marketing and Japanese office knowledge through “Activity Based Working (ABW)” and cutting-edge office monitoring & sensor for data analysis and improvement.
• Introduce the SHIKINGURI concept (Japanese style cash flow management) to monitor financial status on time.
• Develop data center business collaborating with Japanese IT company such as NTT or KDDI.

• Well-established experience in investment and overseas business development and property management.
• At least 6 years experience in Financial monitoring in Auditing Firm
• At least 3 years experience in Domestic Office Building strategy
• At least 2 years experience in Investment and Overseas Business Development
• At least 1 year experience in Project Management of mixed-use developments (residential and retail) in the Philippines
• At least 1 year experience of Property Management of Vietnam and China developments (i.e. offices)
• At least 1 year experience in Smart city researching and investment leader of smart city related venture capital
• Fluent in the Japanese and English language
