Job Description

The Contracting & Reservations Executive (CRE) plays a dual role within Khiri Travel Philippines, contributing to both the Commercial and Operations departments. This is a dynamic position combining supplier contracting and database management with day-to-day reservation operations, offering the opportunity to work at the core of our business and make a real impact on the client experience.

As a product-driven company, Khiri Travel relies on strong relationships with suppliers and an up-to-date, innovative product portfolio. At the same time, our clients — specialist tour operators from around the world — rely on our precision, speed, and thoughtful service when operating trips in the Philippines.

Mainly for this role is: requesting contracts, benchmark pricing and quality, and maintaining supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically adopt the Company’s Mission, Purpose and Core Values
  • Negotiating best supplier rates and credit terms
  • Keeping our system updated with rates and information
  • Ensure quality and competitive rates through product analysis
  • Communicate updates about supplier status, such as special offers, seasonal promotions, stop sales status, or any essential news to the sales team
  • Support periodical projects, such as special requests and annual tariff updates
  • Communicate sustainability policies and sustainability contract to suppliers
  • Make arrangements with local service providers to provide effective and timely delivery of itineraries
  • Revert proactively to the Sales team and other Khiri departments as necessary.
  • Build long-term relationship with our overseas partners and local suppliers
  • Advise on weather conditions, restaurants, tourist attractions, local festivals etc.
  • Issue, gather and prepare documents required for each itinerary as required by agent criteria
  • Thorough understanding of the Khiri Travel products and a good knowledge of Khiri partners.
  • Brief tour leaders/guides on their upcoming trips, stressing client’s expectations and special needs.
  • Local guide quality control by trouble shooting and working with them regularly
  • To resolve proactively any complaints, queries, and concerns regarding services
  • Follow the Khiri Code of Conduct
  • Other tasks as directed by Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Philippines National
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism, Business, or Communications
  • 2–4 years’ work experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
  • Hardworking and accountable with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adopt new systems and tools
  • Good English communication skills, especially written
  • Positive attitude and sincere desire to grow within the company
  • Responsible team player who can also work independently
  • Committed to Khiri’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines, especially in peak seasons.
