The IT Planning and Implementation Manager is primarily responsible for planning, controlling, designing, and implementing multiple projects of systems, software, or solutions.
Job Description:
- Overseeing planning and development plans and applications.
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new software.
- Lead and control solutions development.
- Act as Solution Architect of the organization
- Manage and schedule IT Project Managers, IT Business Analysts and Developer
- Report regularly on status of implementation and potential issues
Job Qualifications:
- Education: College Degree
- Specific Course Required: BS Computer Science/IT, Engineering or other related courses.
- Preferably has minimum 5 years IT experience and minimum 3 years managerial experience.
- Skills:
- Technical, Analytical and Project Management
- Experience in Databases (MsSQL and MySQL)
- Experience in Software Development
- Experience in API
- Experience in Modeling and graphic presentation
- ITIL Certification is an advantage
- PM Certification is an advantage
