Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as secretary or administrative support, preferably in construction projects
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge in document filing, records management, and office procedures
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a project environment
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to project management team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, encode, and handle correspondence, reports, and official documents
  • Maintain organized filing system for project records and documents
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing communications
  • Take minutes of meetings and ensure proper documentation and distribution
  • Coordinate with engineers, and office staff for administrative requirements
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in general office management
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive project information
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as required by the project team
