Job Details- Location: Taguig City (Onsite)
- Shift: Night Shift (anytime between 8:00 PM – 9:00 AM)
- Employment Type: Contract (9 months)
- Handle customer inquiries with confidence and care
- Provide accurate information and quick solutions
- Deliver excellent customer experience every time
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions
- At least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
- At least 2 years CSR experience
- Healthcare account experience is a BIG PLUS
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting night schedule
