Order to Cash Operations Senior Manager (OTC)
About the Role
We are seeking an Order to Cash (OTC) Operations Senior Manager to lead delivery strategy and operational excellence across one or more client portfolios. This is a senior leadership role responsible for supporting sales opportunities, shaping solutions, and ensuring high‑quality OTC service delivery by leveraging full enterprise capabilities.
The role requires a recognized OTC Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional expertise who can act in an advisory capacity in client and internal leadership discussions. You will work closely with Client Account Leadership teams to strengthen client relationships, manage complex delivery environments, and drive consistent achievement of operational and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities- Support sales and solutioning activities, ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of proposed OTC solutions by leveraging enterprise capabilities.
- Build and strengthen client relationships in partnership with Client Account Leadership, acting as a trusted advisor in governance and delivery forums.
- Lead and drive delivery service strategy across one or more OTC client portfolios.
- Serve as an SME and advisory leader in meetings, providing expert guidance on OTC processes and best practices.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex Order to Cash issues, ensuring timely and sustainable resolution.
- Drive delivery excellence through performance management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Order to Cash (OTC) experience is required.
- 12 to 20 years of total professional experience performing similar work in finance, shared services, or BPO environments.
- 5 to 10 years of supervisory or people leadership experience, managing teams and/or team leads.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following OTC sub‑processes:
- Sales / Order Management
- Billing
- Collections
- Deductions Management
- Cash Application
- Demonstrated SME‑level expertise with the ability to operate in an advisory role with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience or background in business transformation is an advantage.
