POLISHING MANAGER- Oversee daily operations of the polishing section (抛光部门管理)
- Ensure consistent high-quality polishing of quartz slabs
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and minimize defects/rework
- Supervise and lead polishing workers and team leaders
- Implement and enforce 5S, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams
- Troubleshoot polishing issues and optimize machine performance
- Conduct training and performance evaluation of staff
- Prepare reports on production status, issues, and improvements
- Proven experience in quartz stone / engineered stone / similar industry
- Strong knowledge of the polishing process, machines, and materials
- With leadership or supervisory experience in production
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Can handle pressure and meet production targets
- Willing to work in Tanza, Cavite
