Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Consultants to achieve and exceed KPIs
Monitor team performance (quality, productivity, CSAT, and attendance)
Handle attrition, shrinkage, and other operational metrics
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and mentoring
Analyze reports, identify trends, and implement action plans
Provide regular updates and insights to Operations Managers
Drive employee engagement and team development initiatives

Qualifications

At least 1–2 years Team Manager / Supervisor experience (preferably in BPO/Telco)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience handling a Telco account
Strong background in KPI management and coaching
Proven track record in improving team performance
