Company Pharmacist
Job Summary

We are looking for a Company Pharmacist who can confidently communicate and manage client needs and support product-related inquiries.The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting client needs, and ensuring all interactions and processes comply with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Support- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and consistent follow‑ups.
- Handle inquiries related to biomedical products, technical details, and usage guidance.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Provide clients with clear product explanations, demonstrations, and guidance to support their understanding and usage needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and required documentation for client transactions.
- Coordinate with the technical, service, and logistics teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth after‑sales support.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, visits, and online channels.
- Attend medical conferences, exhibits, and industry events to represent the company.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand client engagement.
- Stay updated on biomedical trends, competitor products, and evolving client needs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently discuss features and technical specifications.
- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and timely collection of payments.
- Maintain CRM records and internal reports to track client interactions and account status.
- Be available for on‑call communication when urgent client needs arise.

- Licensed Pharmacist — must hold a valid PRC license.
- Experience in client management, account handling, or healthcare‑related roles (2+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and comfortable engaging with clients.
- Assertive, proactive, and not hesitant to initiate conversations or follow up.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client needs.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and travel as needed.
- Knowledge of biomedical or healthcare products is an advantage.
