SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data Analyst to support fixed plant operations by building, structuring, and governing high-quality asset data and maintenance frameworks.

This role is key to improving plant reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance through well-designed SAP PM solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain SAP PM master data (Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans)
• Design structured asset hierarchies aligned to plant systems (crushing, conveying, processing circuits)
• Build and implement preventive, predictive, and compliance-based maintenance strategies
• Convert OEM manuals and engineering inputs into SAP task lists and maintenance plans
• Support planning teams with job packages, labour planning, and material linkages
• Improve work order quality, execution readiness, and maintenance planning efficiency
• Partner with reliability teams on RCM, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and audit requirements in SAP

• Strong experience in SAP PM within mining, processing, or heavy industry environments
• Hands-on expertise in building maintenance plans, task lists, and equipment hierarchies
• Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment (pumps, conveyors, crushers, rotating equipment)
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles
• High attention to detail and strong data governance mindset

• Engineering or trade background (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Experience in mining operations (coal, iron ore, gold, etc.)
• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori exposure
• Condition monitoring experience (vibration, oil, thermography)
• Shutdown and major maintenance event exposure
