Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate merchandising activities across assigned stores or branches.
- Ensure product displays comply with company merchandising and visual standards.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment with the inventory and purchasing teams.
- Support the implementation of promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Conduct store visits and merchandising audits, and prepare related reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution of merchandising plans.
- Track sales trends and provide recommendations to improve product presentation and performance.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willing to travel to different store locations as needed.
- Preferably with motorcycle
