The Strategic Program Manager for Market Offerings is responsible for orchestrating the successful introduction of new solutions and services across the ASEAN market. The role will be collaborating closely with organizational leaders and cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of market offering launch initiatives.
Additionally, the role will collaborate with technical leaders to drive enablement programs aimed at elevating the competency of technical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate closely with organizational leaders to strategize and align on a comprehensive go-to-market plan for transformative offerings, aimed at addressing market demand and customer needs.
- Program Execution: Lead and orchestrate market offering launch and go-to-market readiness activities, including field enablement, pilot project qualification, pilot project execution, and establishment of service delivery engine.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal stakeholders by aligning and communicating plans, progress, and outcomes regularly to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with launch activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans and act as the escalation lead to resolve issues.
- Success Measurement: Track and monitor the performance of market offering launches, defining and analyzing key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives based on feedback, market dynamics, and performance data to maximize success and enhance the effectiveness of future launches.
- Change Management: Lead and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new market offerings, helping the organization transition effectively while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.
- Organizational Transformation: Champion organizational transformation efforts by aligning the structure, culture, and processes with the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that market offerings are supported by a transformed and adaptable organization.
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic program management, product management, or market offerings within a relevant industry (e.g., technology, consulting, cloud services).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing and driving organizational transformation initiatives, including change management processes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions (preferably ASEAN markets) and managing large, complex projects.
- Proven leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Good technical background, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
