Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. They provide expert advice, ensure a smooth travel experience, and deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
Qualifications/Requirements- Strong knowledge of Travel management systems, (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Travel booking platforms.
