Cashier

About the role

As a Cashier at Excello Restaurant Management Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing all cash transactions at our fine dining steakhouse located in Boracay New Coast, Aklan. This full-time role is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless dining experience for our customers.

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Accurately process all cash, credit, and debit card payments
3. Handle cash, make change, and balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift
4. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
5. Assist with restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the cash station
6. Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure efficient and effective service
7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

1. Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role in a restaurant
2. Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
5. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
