We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, and results-driven Marketing Officer to support business growth through sales analysis, inventory planning, marketing strategy development, and creative content creation. The ideal candidate has experience in retail, pharmacy, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries and can transform business insights into effective marketing initiatives that drive sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor product movement, inventory levels, stock aging, and category performance.
- Assist in demand forecasting and promotional planning.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Create marketing plans, campaign calendars, and promotional programs.
- Design marketing materials, social media content, posters, flyers, and in-store collaterals using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Manage and grow the company's digital and social media presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
- Prepare business presentations, sales reports, and marketing performance reports for management.
- Recommend strategies to improve sales, inventory turnover, customer acquisition, and profitability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Analytics, Brand Management, Retail Operations, or E-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Experience with inventory planning, forecasting, and sales analysis is an advantage.
- Background in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, pet retail, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
